• All individuals professionally working with educational endeavors on military installations in South Carolina.

• All individuals representing regionally accredited educational institutions who are conducting academic programs on military installations in South Carolina.

• All those individuals representing State and Federal Commissions, Agencies, and governmental entities that are, by reason of their mission, involved in providing services or counsel to military personnel, military family members , and veterans.

• Becoming a member is as simple as attending the annual conference.
